13
degrees south of the equator, lying in the Indian Ocean, are over
100 splendid islands called the Seychelles.
The
second largest island is Praslin, and it is living testimony to
evolution in process. Praslin is the main island for visitors
to the Seychelles and perhaps the most beautiful of the islands
in the Seychelles group.
Praslin
is home to the Vallee de Mai UNESCO (must see in a lifetime) World
Heritage Site.
Praslin
and its' countless satellite islands also have many of the world's
best beaches that tend to be over shadowed by the " Best
Beach in the World " Anse Lazio" ( 15 minutes from 'Iles
des Palmes".)
